When you get the RS-RP2C CD, open it up and read the file RS-RP2C_Setting_Eng_3.pdf. If you don't have a second computer to work from when you are installing the gateway software, then print out the file. It is 42 pages long.
If you have the document printed out, then on the bottom of page 14, write "STOP".
Start your installation and follow each step exactly. Do not go past page 14.
Do not run the software updates until the gateway software is installed and initially configured.
You must verify the Named services are running etc. If this works you can continue with ICOM install (This make take a reboot)
